Diamond Cut Floor Marking
Diamond cut markings are the ultimate in floor preparation and will achieve the best possible results in terms are durability and longevity for any type of floor markings you could be looking to have implemented.
The process involves using specialist machinery to cut away around 2-4mm of the concrete slab to achieve a recessed channel for the relative markings to be applied to. The recess is then infilled with a high build two part epoxy to sit flush with the existing slab surface.
This means that lines are less likely to come in contact with any operational movements or potential damage as opposed to other systems where materials sit on top of the slab and more prone to contact which could effect the lifespan and durability of the marking which could then require additional works to rectify.
